Design project for residential spaces

1. Meeting and contract

We start with a personal meeting with Julia, the founder of the studio.The meeting can take place online or offline (in Spain or Ukraine).During the meeting, we discuss your goals, lifestyle, and wishes, and set out the scope of work, deadlines, and terms in the contract.

2. Measurements

We visit the site, take 3D measurements and photographs to capture all the architectural features and smallest details.

3. Brief

Together, we formulate the project brief: style, atmosphere, materials, color scheme, furniture, and key accents.

4. Layout solution

We develop several layout options, present them to you, and together we choose the best one, which we then detail.

5. Concept

We select references, create mood boards and collages with materials, furniture, and textures to form the visual direction of the future interior.

6. 3D visualization

We develop photorealistic images that convey the atmosphere as accurately as possible and allow you to see the project before the renovation begins.

7. Working documentation

We prepare a complete set of drawings and diagrams for builders and contractors: from layouts to unfoldings and furniture details.

Cost

Each project is unique, so we do not use fixed rates. The cost is based on the tasks, area, and complexity of the property. After an online or offline meeting, we discuss your goals and prepare a preliminary concept, a detailed estimate, and a step-by-step implementation plan. This approach allows us to take into account all the specifics of your project and offer the optimal solution.

Design project for commercial spaces

1. Meeting and contract

2. Measurements

We visit the site, take photos, and perform 3D measurements to take into account all the features of the premises and prepare the basis for design.

3. Brief

Together, we form the technical assignment: brand positioning, interior style, atmosphere, key areas for guests and employees.

4. Planning solution

We develop several zoning options, taking into account staff work scenarios and visitor routes. We select the optimal option and refine it in detail.

5. Concept

We create mood boards and visual collages with furniture, materials, lighting, and color schemes. This helps to agree on the overall design direction.

6. 3D visualization

We prepare photorealistic images of the interior so that you can see what your project will look like and evaluate the atmosphere of the space even before implementation.

7. Working documentation

We prepare a complete set of drawings and diagrams for contractors: layout solutions, engineering nodes, furniture drawings, and material specifications.

Author's supervision

We supervise the implementation of the project to ensure that every element of the interior matches the original design. Author's supervision is possible both offline (visits to sites in Spain and Ukraine) and online — through chats, photo and video reports, as well as regular joint meetings.The process includes checking drawings on site, coordinating contractors, and monitoring deadlines, quality, and budget. Regardless of the format of the work, we always remain involved and accompany the client at every stage.

FF&E Procurement Management

We take care of organizing and controlling the procurement of furniture, lighting, decor, and equipment. From agreeing on commercial offers and approving material samples to checking specifications, logistics, and installation on site, the entire process is managed by us to ensure that every detail of the interior is implemented without error.

Home Staging

We prepare the property for sale or rent, creating an attractive atmosphere with furniture, lighting, and decor. This work increases the value of the space on the market and helps to find buyers or tenants faster. If necessary, we organize a professional photo shoot to present the property.
